How it works

Five steps from the first conversation to a break room that runs itself.

    1. 1

      You send the building details

Address, type of site, roughly how many people are there each day, and anything the building has already told you it wants. A short form or a phone call is enough.

    2. 2

      We work out what fits

A small office and a two hundred person warehouse need different things. We look at footfall, hours, available floor space, and power, then recommend the service mix rather than the biggest package.

    3. 3

You get matched with a local operator

We are part of the VendSpace network, so the site is handed to an operator who already runs routes near you. They handle the equipment and the visits.

    4. 4

      Install

Delivery and setup are scheduled around the building. Machines arrive stocked, payment is live from day one, and someone walks you through it.

    5. 5

      Ongoing service

Restocking on a route, remote stock monitoring so refills happen before things run out, and a number to call when something needs attention. The product mix gets adjusted based on what actually sells.

    What it costs the property

Placement is handled by the operator. You are providing the space and the people, not buying equipment. We will be straight with you about the arrangement for your site before anything is installed.

    Start with the building details

We use your details to reply about vending service. Nothing else.
