Placement is handled by the operator, so the building is providing space and people rather than buying equipment. We will tell you exactly how the arrangement works for your site before anything is installed.

How many people do we need in the building?

Small offices are usually a good fit for vending or a smart cooler. Micro markets work best once there are around a hundred or more people on site. If the site is smaller, we will say so instead of overselling it.

How long does installation take?

Once the site is matched and scheduled, install is usually a single visit. Machines arrive stocked and payment is live from the first day.

Who restocks the machines?

The operator does, on a route. Remote stock monitoring means refills are planned before things run out rather than after someone complains.

Can we choose what goes in them?

Yes. We start with a mix built for your building type and adjust it based on what sells and what people ask for. Healthy options, specific brands, and multicultural categories are all normal requests.

What payment methods do the machines take?

Card and phone payments as standard, with cash where the site wants it.

What happens if a machine breaks or takes someone's money?

You get a number to call, and refunds and repairs are the operator's responsibility. If the response is not right, tell us and we will step in.

Do you cover buildings outside Phoenix?

Yes. We cover the wider Valley, Mesa and the East Valley, and Tucson and Southern Arizona. If you are unsure, send us the address.
